I.                     MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE

 

A.                  New Business

 

1.    Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Board of Cooperative Educational Services Board Members

RESOLUTION:              BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education vote on the following:

 

Four terms are expiring on the Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Counties Board of Cooperative  Educational Services.  Three incumbents are running to fill these three-year positions.  Vote for four candidates.    

 

Rensselaer County

RESOLVED:  that the Board of Education casts its vote for the election of Mr. John Hill, Valley Falls, NY (from the Hoosic Valley Central School District), to a term as a member of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-Columbia-Green Counties.

 

Greene County

RESOLVED:  that the Board of Education casts its vote for the election of Mr. Harold Jergens, Cairo, NY (from the Cairo-Durhan Central School District), to a term as a member of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-Columbia-Green Counties.

 

Columbia County

RESOLVED:  that the Board of Education casts its vote for the election of Mr. James Keegan, Claverack, NY (from the Hudson City School District), to a term as a member of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-Columbia-Green Counties.

 

Greene County

RESOLVED:  that the Board of Education casts its vote for the election of Mrs. Marilyn Noon, Catskill, NY (from the Catskill Central School District), to a term as a member of the Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Rensselaer-Columbia-Green Counties.

 

 

2.         Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Board of Cooperative Educational Services 2005-2006 Budget

RESOLUTION :             BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education approve the 2005-2006 Tentative Administrative Budget in the amount of $3,145,107.
