A very French menu was created and Chef Donnie and Patrice instructed students on the proper use of French cooking terms and utensils. After individual demonstrations, students prepared their meal of Poulet Francais (French chicken), Haricots Verts (French Green Beans), Pain (Homemade French bread) and Crepes. Students were able to eat what they created and went home with leftovers!
The students did an amazing job and many of them took what they learned home with them. Several students have cooked this meal at home for their families since then.
