Students inducted into National Junior Honor Society

studnets at ceremonyOn Wednesday, October 3, the National Junior Honor Society induction ceremony was held in the district auditorium. This ceremony was conducted by the school’s current chapter of NJHS, which consists of 18 ninth grade students. The ceremony celebrated and inducted two ninth grade students and 24 eighth grade members.

Students were recognized for their outstanding qualities of scholarship, leadership, service, character and citizenship. The students look forward to a year of many exciting service projects and activities that will benefit the school and community. Eighth grade English teacher, Ms. Allison Maloy, is the advisor of both eighth and ninth grade National Junior Honor Society.
