Tamarac’s Honors 10 class excelled at the Capital Region History Day competition held at the New York State Museum on Mar. 23.
Competing against students from other schools in the region, Tamarac students worked in groups as they researched aspects of local history while examining the theme “Triumph and Tragedy”.
Each of Tamarac’s teams received medals and three of the four groups advanced to the state competition in Cooperstown on Apr. 29.
