Dear parents of incoming Kindergarten students and prospective Pre-k students:
Every parent who has registered a child for Kindergarten as of this morning will be receiving a packet from me in the next few days in the mail. Every parent who has requested that their child be considered for our limited pre-K program will receive a letter from me before the end of the week regarding pre-K screening. This information will be an update on the screening process - not a notice for scheduling screenings. No dates for screenings have been set - the screening dates are all dependent on guidance from Governor Cuomo. We should have more information as we enter phase 4 of the region’s reopening. Please be patient - we want to do the most thorough and thoughtful screenings we can do, even during these unprecedented times.
