Mark your calendars for more dates for the Secondary School!
August 31 - 6th grade orientation - presented by the guidance counselors - Incoming 6th grade students come in with parents, pick up schedules, and walk through their schedule with NJHS students. Drop in from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
August 31 - Ice Cream Social with the Principals - for incoming 6th graders to get a meet and greet with Mr. Rizzo and Mr. White prior to the start of school! Cool off with a scoop of ice cream on the front entrance.
September 6 - College Kick Off - Juniors and Seniors are invited to come and learn about the college search and application process and participate in several workshops offered by college admission professions. More details to come!
September 6 - 9th Grade Orientation - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. - Incoming 9th graders can come and meet their teachers, tour the building, learn about clubs and sports, partake in fun games and a scavenger hunt!
September 7 - 6th Grade Locker Night and Meet the Teachers - 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Parents and students come in, get lockers / set up lockers, get agendas, and can get their schedule if needed. Parents and students can walk around and meet all of the core area teachers.
September 8 - First Day of Classes
