Reminder: Chromebooks are being distributed this week to HS students - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please bring a valid drivers license.
MS and Elementary students will be issued Chromebooks once school begins.
The Board of Education has rescheduled the Special Meeting from August 23, 2021 to Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 6 p.m. It will be held in the LGI Room, Tamarac High School.

If you missed yesterday's high school yearbook pick up time, the next pick up is scheduled for Thursday, August 26 from 3 pm to 5 pm. There is also a very limited supply of yearbooks for sale for $70 (cash only).
The Board of Education has decided to postpone the Special Meeting scheduled for Monday, August 23rd. They felt it prudent to wait until the incoming Governor (who takes office on Tuesday) has a chance to outline her plans/guidance for reopening.

Family ID is officially open for our athletes to sign up to play/try out for a Fall sports team. It is advised that parents do this vs. their children.
It is strongly suggested that parents check on their child's physical and if they are in need of one, they should contact their personal physician. Important message for all students entering 12th grade from the Secondary Health Office:
The meningitis vaccine is required for all 12th grade students. Students are required by New York State to have 2 doses of the meningitis vaccine, or 1 if the first dose was received after age 16. This requirement needs to be completed by 9/30/2021. Students not in compliance may not continue to attend school. Please contact your child's health care provider as soon as possible to review this required vaccine.
