Sarah Raymond, Junior at Tamarac High School has been working on a passion project in preparation for college; her goal is to attend an Ivy League School. The Run Happy Project was created to focus on mental health and running. Sarah created this page for, "a place where people can find resources if they feel lost when it comes to running".
Sarah has been running since the age of five and she says her parents are supportive of this project.
Athletic Director, Chad Miner said, "I am proud of Sarah for creating The Run Happy Project. Her passion is admirable. Mental health awareness needs more visibility, more openness and more conversation."
