Elementary Families - Mrs. Gosse will be in the office this evening scanning ID's for those parents/guardians who would like to enter the building/chaperone/etc. in the future. Scanning your ID now will expedite the process and allow for a more efficient sign in process.

The Health Office needs your Over the Counter Medication Forms - Follow these easy steps:
1. Brunswickcsd.org
2. Click FIND at top of page
3. Click DOCUMENTS top row to the right
4. Scroll down and Click on Health office
5. Click on OTC form 2024-2025
6. Print or you can save to your phone edit it and send the picture back to one of the nurses emails. vbader@brunswickcsd.org or ccrucetti@brunswickcsd.org
7. Fill it out and send it back, take a picture and send it via email or send it with your student to drop off at the health office.
We will call ONE time ONLY, after that if the form is not filled out and signed by a parent we WILL NOT be able to administer any OTC medications to students. This is outlined by the NYS Department of Health and we have to follow these guidelines. Thanks for your cooperation.
