May is Better Hearing and Speech Month. The speech-language pathologists focused on ways to promote vocal hygiene and protect hearing. Teaching is the occupation at the highest level of risk for developing a voice disorder. Staying hydrated is important in order to protect your voice, so the SLPs provided the teachers and staff with some extra hydration as a reminder to drink up.

A reminder that there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, May 28th through Monday, May 31st. Classes will resume on Tuesday, June 1st which will be a B Day (Blue Cohort). Have a safe and restful Memorial Day Weekend.
