Join MHANYS School Mental Health Resource and Training Center on Tuesday December 19th from 7:30pm - 8:30pm for: "Family Roundtable Discussion- Holiday Stress and Support" The “most wonderful time of the year” doesn’t always feel that wonderful. Holidays are often associated with joy and excitement, but they can be stressful, overwhelming, and challenging for parents and families. The holiday season can quickly bring increased stress and anxiety, and handling these emotions and navigating this period can be challenging for both parents and children. We place high expectations on ourselves to create the perfect holiday memories and experiences for our families. Attention Secondary Chorus Families: There is a dress rehearsal after school today for chorus students in grades 6-12. The concert will be tomorrow, December 6th at 7 pm (performer call time is 6 pm). The concert will be streamed on the BCSD Events YouTube channel.
